If mutually convenient we can arrange a meeting at your home or venue to discuss your requirements. We'll show you our range of albums, 100s of example pictures as well a few complete Weddings or Civil Partnerships.
RESERVE THE DATE
After a meeting or once we've received a booking form we will automatically reserve the date for 7 days. Within this time we need either a deposit of £100 or the payment in full [to qualify for our discounts]
We only undertake one Wedding/Civil Partnership per day.
BOOKING
Once we have had your Booking Form and your payment the date is secured. There is also the option to fill in a Contract online. We will then send you written confirmation of the booking by email or post. The confirmation states all the information we have regarding you, your package, your payment as well as your Wedding or Civil Partnership details.
We accept: Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, Cheque, Bank Transfer
ABOUT A MONTH BEFORE THE CEREMONY
We'll send you a short email asking for information on timings & a photo-list & also to confirm the addresses for the day, your answers will help us finalise our arrangements.
ONE WEEK BEFORE THE CEREMONY
If paying by cheque any balance outstanding is due now.
THE BIG DAY
If paying in cash any outstanding balance is due today.
We’ll arrive early to have a look around each venue, if we haven’t worked at the location previously.
We will take as many or as few Formal Shots as you request.
We don't ask to be fed, but we will accept if asked!
If your day over-runs we will happily stay longer. An extra 1/2 hour is £35, an extra hour is £55.
ONLINE PROOFING
The edited images are online within 24 hours of the ceremony. The gallery can be password protected at your request.
Guests can order prints via the gallery.
The images are online for 12 months.
CD/DVD, ALBUMS & PHOTO-PACKS
If you've chosen a Hi-Res CD/DVD this will be sent to coincide with your return from Honeymoon.
If you have chosen an Album, & once we have your photo choices, it will take about 2-3 weeks to be designed, printed & delivered.
If you have chosen a photo-pack, & once we have your photo choices, this will take about 7 days to be printed & delivered.
COPYRIGHT
If you have ordered a Hi-Res CD/DVD this automatically comes with full copyright. This allows you to copy, print, share, email & publish the images as you wish.
We retain the right to use selected images for web-advertising.
Should your Hi-Res CD/DVD or PC image files be lost we can replace your disc for a nominal flat-rate charge of £25.
